Yearly EBoard Archive Template

Use one roster for each board term, even when that board serves during two semesters. Add the roster under Yearly EBoard archive on the chapter page and keep the newest board first.

Choose the term format

  • Calendar-year board: use a single year, such as 2026, when the board serves January through December.
  • Academic-year board: use two years, such as 2025–2026, when the board serves across the school year.
  • Different transition month: use the format that most clearly describes the board's actual service period, such as April 2025–March 2026.

Do not split one board into Fall and Spring rosters when the officers did not change. If an officer changed mid-term, keep one board and note the replacement beneath the table.

Standard portfolio names

KTP chapters commonly use these nine roles:

  1. President
  2. Vice President of External Affairs
  3. Vice President of Internal Affairs
  4. Vice President of Finance
  5. Vice President of Engagement
  6. Vice President of Membership
  7. Vice President of Marketing
  8. Vice President of Professional Development
  9. Vice President of Technical Development

New colonies should try to staff all nine portfolios at launch. Use the chapter's actual approved titles. If founding capacity requires temporarily combining portfolios, record that accurately and identify when the roles should separate.

Directors are optional supporting roles beneath the relevant VP; they are not substitutes for unclear EBoard ownership. Add directors only when the chapter has a defined workstream, a supervising officer, sustainable workload, and a handoff plan.

Keep the archive concise:

Term note: Jordan Lee served as VP Finance through December; Taylor Morgan served January–May.

Only include names approved for public display. Never add personal contact information, private election details, conduct information, or explanations for a departure unless publication is authorized and necessary.
