Yearly Chapter Archive Template

Add this block under Yearly archive on your chapter page. Use approximately one paragraph for Fall and one for Spring. Officer names belong once in the separate yearly EBoard archive, not in activity entries.

Fictional sample

2025–2026

Fall 2025

The chapter focused on beginner-friendly technical programming and more consistent participation. It held Tech Trek lightning talks and an alumni career carousel, typically drawing about 25–45 people. Short presentations made first-time speaking approachable, while smaller alumni rotations produced better conversations; the next board should keep both formats but narrow the table topics.

Spring 2026

The chapter connected technical learning with service through a community device clinic and a beginner build night, with roughly 15–30 participants or visitors at each. Giving every event one owner and one backup improved execution, but clustering both programs near midterms strained the same officers. Future calendars should separate high-effort events and use appointments for the clinic.

Before submitting

  • Keep EBoard names in the yearly EBoard archive so a board serving two semesters is listed only once.
  • Include only names approved for public display; never add personal contact information or member rosters.
  • Use ranges for membership and attendance.
  • Share company details only when they are public or approved for publication.
